What Cupcake Flavors Will Be in Each Delivery?

Each delivery is a curated surprise. Every month, you’ll receive a selection of our signature Cupcakes in a Jar, including customer favorites and seasonal flavors crafted just for that time of year. Because our products are made in small batches, flavor selections cannot be customized.

When Will My Subscription Box Arrive?

After your first scheduled cupcake delivery, the following two deliveries will ship at the start of each month.

  • Orders ship on or around the 1st of the month.
  • Deliveries typically arrive between the 1st and the 5th, excluding Sundays and postal holidays.

Your first shipment will be based on the date you select at checkout, and the remaining two boxes will follow the standard monthly schedule.

Can I Pause, Edit, Reschedule, or Cancel My Subscription?

This is a prepaid 3-month subscription, and deliveries follow a fixed schedule.

  • Any updates or changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase via email desserts@sweetencounterbakery.com.
  • After that window closes, we are unable to pause, reschedule, or modify individual boxes.

Because subscriptions are prepaid, cancellations apply only to future renewals; any boxes already scheduled for processing will still be fulfilled.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Your subscription includes a one-time shipping charge at checkout. There are no additional shipping fees for the subsequent monthly deliveries.

I Moved. Can I Update My Shipping Address?

Yes. Please contact our customer service team, desserts@sweetencounterbakery.com, before the 1st of the month to update your shipping address for the next delivery.
